This sounds like the LSP problem Bwana mentioned earlier, if you can ping the address but cant telnet it is almost certainly a Layered Service Provider issue.

Usually caused by spyware removal tools that don’t delete the LSP from the chain.

Why would you want to get spyware. The idea is to get rid of spyware. Anyway download the LspFix tool Bwana poseted a link to. That will fix LSP issues.

He already tried it and did not work.

yes anti spyware. I have done a scan with spy doctor and i have 163 inffections. If they can be removed with out formating i will be very happy.
