I see the Gupta's have left and some others have stepped in to fill the gap. Why the bucking hell can SANRAL not collect their own etolls. Do they excpect to sit on their asses and pay someone else to do the job?

no wonder they want to get government involved in fining people who don't pay and blocking them from renewing licenses and getting new cars. they heard what an absolute peach of a cash cow etolls has been for the people involved and now they want to get a slice of the pie too.
 
corruption in a state-run / sanctioned entity???? WHAT??? I'm *so* surprised right now. How could this be?!! Speechless man, speechless!

One only needs to ask why appoint an Austrian when BEE is a requirement. Only answer that comes to mind is fronting and kickbacks.
