Excellent question! Corsa B, almost always a Corsa B.

I would like to know as well. Don't use the "age" argument please.

There are tons of vehicles from that period that sold in far greater numbers that you see no complaints about.

Because of the age of the car so it's mostly maintenance stuff and because it's a really cheap car so most people try a DIY fix when they probably shouldn't.

GM is unreliable. Their dealers are crooks. And they don't honor service / maintenance plans purchased, even if the car has less than 20k on the clock and less than 2 years old. **** GM

- These cars are really old now
- People don't have money anymore so they keep them
- See point 2, so they try and DIY, which in many cases leads to predictable results
- So since MyBB is a popular place to cry for help, they come here (doesn't help that the Opel Owner's club doesn't really wanna help either and last I checked their website was gone)

These cars were not rubbish, they were pretty good, provided you didn't try and do stupid things with them or try and fix them yourself when you don't have a clue what you're doing.
I've owned several, and unlike some other brands that seem to be very well loved here, at least I've never been on the side of the road, stranded because the car broke down, nor have I had a Corsa burn on me (yes FORD, looking at you)

I think that is the closest answer, I just don't agree on the probably should not DIY part, it is more about knowing what you as an enthusiastic DIYer are capable of both in terms of your abilities and tools.

I have a citi golf and I have a problem. just kidding.
