Cosatu will be joined by at least 10 civil society bodies and some religious leaders in a series of protests against the e-tolling of Gauteng highways

They won't do that...

They want people to support their e-toll cause, and when people show up. They can trumpet the numbers around as people who support the related cause (like banning labour brokers), even though the majority of people couldn't give two tosses about the related cause.
