Cosatu slams Matfield's cap

Quality black players are coming through the ranks in all the positions, (not just as wings :p) and they will very soon start qualifying on merit for the Bokke team as first choice in their position, in much more significant numbers.

The problem is with the agenda being pushed, lower tournaments are being pushed down onto the quota system, and this is already being implemented in Craven Week which is on school level. The harsher proposition to push Curry Cup and Vodacom Cup is on the horizon. Yes, there will be black players coming through on merit which earned it by achievements, but they will also alienate positions which could had been available to white players.

The channelling system going through to Springbok is a mess, yet it is instigated by Cosatu to even start on skipping directly through to green and gold.

Some one edited Tony Ehrenreich wiki page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tony_Ehrenreich

Tony Ehrenreich is a South African trade-unionist and regional secretary of the Western Cape region of COSATU. He also do not understand that Caucasian rugby players are taught how to play rugby from the age of 6 and that non-Caucasian people don't have the opportunity to learn, because their parents don't care about rugby, or the government has not fixed and funded rugby infrastructure in rural schools. Tony Ehrenreich also cannot distinguish between a rugby scrum cap and an angry police force. Ehrenreich joined COSATU in 1989, raising to become its National Deputy General-Secretary from 1999 to 2001.[1] He represented COSATU at the World Trade Organization in Doha, International Confederation of Labour Trade Committee in Geneva; Organization of African Trade Union Unity in Ghana, and Unions Bi-lateral with French Trade Unions in Paris.

No, why would Cosatu get involved with an all-black team?

yeah, a non-South African, and they had NO problem paying him obscene amounts of money for laughable results....but I was actually referring to the team here.

He may have been born in the Union of South Africa, but I think that he should still count as a Saffer.

The Bafana manager/coach does not CONTROL football in SA. Who owns Chiefs, Pirates, Swallows, Sundowns, Cosmos, etc.? Who sits on the board of SAFA?

So who are you referring to when you say " idiots can't even get soccer to work" and what has that got to do with this topic?
