Countdown to vape free year (Help)

Sorry but I can't do that. It's disrespectful to publically share a private conversation you're having with another mans wife.

Thanks for the PM, interesting chat my wife and I will have when she is back from having her nails done, hopefully they haven't been sharpened.

Please tell me the benefits you have noticed sir
Approximately R500.00 saving per month. (Quite a bit considering I am retired)
I seem to have more energy.
Blood Oxygen level of 99% despite having smoked Chesterfield and Camel for many years before switching to vaping.
No wheezing or coughing
No clutter of batteries and mods :)

I quit smoking last year April and swapped to vaping. Feeling a lot better but still at 50mg juice due to my previous 20 pack per day habit. Going to try and scale down the nicotine this year but it's so difficult when I have a few beers or wine, I just vape like mad. Thinking I'll have to quit alcohol too if I want to beat this.

Its definitely better than cigarettes, thats for sure.

Stopped drinking, smoking and masturbating.
The last one was the hardest but a combination of buying an art piece and staring at it and a bible next to the laptop helped. For the other two drinking lots of water helped. Also a smartwatch helps to keep you active and force you to close some rings. Crazy stuff lol

Strangely, zero noticeable changes for me (still addicted to nicotine, mind you). But, no increased energy, etc, at all. I do have a load of other health issues that may be masking any of the benefits of quitting, though.

Yeah, wouldn't have been able to quit my 26-year smoking habit if I hadn't started vaping. Important to focus on getting off the vape next as soon as possible, or you'll end up like me 6 years on still sucking on it.

No wonder you have an Apple addiction these days, there's no more fun left in your life except for dreaming about whatever silly trinket Tim Cook will be releasing next 😭😭

****, only found this thread now, I have been trying to stop vaping for a while now but finding it harder than when I have stopped before. My wife also vapes, I didn't for a few years and then **** hit the fan when I got retrenched, stress, had a few puffs and here we are, the struggle continues...

It has been a little over two weeks since I had my last inhale of any vape device, not the easiest two weeks but glad that I stopped and haven't picked up again, despite wanting to some times...
