Say, capd, you seem like a smart guy, and not at all like someone who doesn't know what he doesn't know... What does "pleaded guilty" mean?
Also, is a felony bad? It sounds kinda bad. Is it bad?

WASHINGTON - Jacob Anthony Chansley, a.k.a. Jake Angeli, 34, of Phoenix, Arizona, pleaded guilty today to obstruction of an official proceeding, a felony, for his role in the crimes related to the breach of the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, which disrupted a joint session of the U.S. Congress that...www.justice.gov

Also, also, is three and a half years a long time, you know, in terms of time spent sitting in a prison cell?
You can get those rights back actuallyFor a mad MAGA Trumpie it must be devastating, imagine being banned from owning or possessing firearms after you get out of prison? What will the other MAGA loons think of you?
God has taken away his god given right to have an AR-15 to stroke at night.
Kinda...Know what's missing in that link? How he was escorted by police most of the time.
Kinda throws the whole "violent insurrectionary on the verge of overthrowing democracy" spiel out of the window.
That said trespassing is a heinous crime, truly dastardly, much worse than throwing molotovs at police vans given the severity of the sentencing...

Depends on the convicted persons behaviour during incarceration and the crimes he was charged for. It's just really simple, is it Kieps? Or maybe not?
It's been a while so I'mma give you a pass for forgetting I'm the ACAB guy.Know what's missing in that link? How he was escorted by police most of the time.

So you dislike him because he didn't assault the police officers? It's been a while so I'mma give you a pass for forgetting I'm the ACAB guy.

Trespassing won't really count against him that much, but then again he's a famous figurehead so there's that.
I'm an equal opportunity guy... I dislike cops and insurrectionists equally. So you dislike him because he didn't assault the police officers?![]()
So he wasn't trespassing? Interesting that they threw those charges so haphazardly. They particularly loved the term "parading".He is now a felon after being convicted in a Federal court, what's the procedure he must follow?
He also wasn't convicted of trespassing, which would generally be a misdemeanour...
Since he's neither you should love himI'm an equal opportunity guy... I dislike cops and insurrectionists equally.
Such denial. Much wow.Since he's neither you should love him![]()
Nah.. no violence, no weapon, no plan, no way => no insurrectionSuch denial. Much wow.
You know, for folks who shrieked for pages on end that a broken window was extreme violence when black lives matter folks were marching, y'all sure overlook a ton of beating-cops-with-flags violence on J6.Nah.. no violence, no weapon, no plan, no way => no insurrection

His sentencing was disproportionate to others nevertheless, again this is due to his prominence as a figurehead in the news reporting. These new videos shows how overblown the coverage actually was.
Being a felon doesn't matter.
I know someone that has a felony for drug possession and larceny iirc and now that he has moved he has started the application process. Unsure if there is a time requirement since release, but it exists.
Feel free to go look it up if you wish.
