Coup/protest in the US

You know, for folks who shrieked for pages on end that a broken window was extreme violence when black lives matter folks were marching, y'all sure overlook a ton of beating-cops-with-flags violence on J6.

Also, 'Confirmed Fact"?

From you?

Really?

For folks at the back, Ben posted this in 2021, and here we have Kieps, the confirmed fact guy, fulfilling the prophesy today.

J6 was a picnic compared to the summer of love in every respect.

PS Pro tip. You should really stop following Ben. He's actively making everyone less informed. I mean case and point that tweet. Should probably tell that to Bradley as well...

Maybe, just maybe, you should consider your own advice and take a close look at your media diet first.

You could have read @greg0205's link, it says what he pled guilty to.
Don't really care what he pled to. His lawyer likely advised him to. Have to wonder if they had access to the footage to show him calmly walking around with police? If not they have grounds to appeal. Time will tell.
Secondly he likely thought pleading guilty will result in a less harsh sentence. However his faith in the system did not pan out as he got a stiffer sentence than any one else charged with "obstruction".
Heck he got a stiffer sentence than those Antifa lawyers that threw molotovs at a police van. Some things are not equal...

But didn't you infer it was simple, don't you know the process for a federal felon then?

Maybe just admit he's a felon now and therefore won't be able to sleep with his AR-15 for a very long time...
It is simple, you just have to follow the process.
Also I doubt anyone sleeps with AR-15's it a tad bulky.

Oh my media diet is well balance just like my normal diet.
Ben could do with a more balanced diet. Imagine still believing that "very fine people" tripe and calling yourself a journalist
Echo chambers ftw!

That's a bit stupid, it's an essential fact in the story.
As these new videos showed, we never had the facts of the story.

If it's simple, explain the process...
You said he won't be able to own firearms. I said that's not true. An actual felon talked about it year or so ago. I don't care enough about the process to look it up.
You're welcome to if you believe he was lying.
It remains simple.

No, it's true, a felon commits a further felony just by being in possession of a firearm. It's the law.

An actual felon talked about it year or so ago. I don't care enough about the process to look it up.

So you don't know the process when it involves a felon convicted in a federal court then?

You're welcome to if you believe he was lying.
It remains simple.

I already know the answer, but you were the one claiming it isn't true and simple to process.

The onus is on you to show why you said that and why you shouldn't be considered a bullshitter.

So you're wrong? Since they can.

So explain to me how a felon convicted in federal court can regain their rights in a "simple" process?
I gave you the link going through the various avenues available to felons.
Why not skim through it since you already know about it?

I had a look, why don't you skim through it and explain the process in a few bullet points?

You aren't trying to be intentionally ignorant, are you?

I have no reason to.
You incorrectly stated that felons can't get their rights back. I merely corrected you.
You're only arguing for the sake of arguing at this point.

Nope, try again, what is the simple process for a felon convicted in federal court to regain their right to possess firearms?

Let me give you a hint, it's not the same as a felon convicted in a state court, so over to you...

You're the only one that keeps going on about "simple". I said there is a process that they can follow.

Nope while state and federal level differ it's still possible. I'm sure you can Google this answer in case you didn't know?

Oh? You said

It is simple, you just have to follow the process.

I don't need to google, what's the simple process to do it if convicted in federal court?

You're the expert at this, after all.

Oh? You said
Yes after you used the word in multiple subsequent messages

Really? You're the one that claimed to be the expert. Seems you enjoy putting words in people's mouths tonight?

Presidential pardon remains the way. The other avenue is "temporarily" unavailable due to funding limitations on the ATF.

And that's your idea of a simple process
Again.. Simple was your words not mine, go back and reread. I merely agreed with you in that it's simple as in you follow the prescribed process. That statement has no bearing on the complexities of the process itself. Comprehension and all that. If you misunderstood then that's a you problem :p
