I'd rather say it was all fiction instigated by the uniparty

it happened to be flying the Democrat banner at the time (it wanted to keep Trump out)
now it is flying the Republican banner (it now has Trump in its pocket)

I believe the uniparty's obvious lies about the insurrection as much as I believe the uniparty's justification for starting yet another armed conflict in Venezuela ... i.e. f-all

Trump has so thoroughly capitulated to the Neocons, if they concocted a 'pro-American' reason for him to reverse course on the green scam, he'd probably do that, too.

Immigration, too... although they won't because it'll become obvious, too quickly, to far more of his base just who is NOT in charge.

not sure if he was always a uniparty man or if he became one somewhere along the line ... for me the first obvious sign was his concocted missile strike on Syria during his first term in response to staged "chemical attacks", oh and also him firing up the money printer despite knowing and talking openly about why that is a bad thing

maybe he had to throw the deepstate a bone or two back then in the hope of achieving more noble goals? maybe it was always BS and he's been a deepstate man from the start

whatever the case may be, he sure as hell is deepstate through and through now

Personally, I think his heart was in the right place(*) but it seems the only time he shines is when the Democrats are a real threat.

The Neocons were genuinely worried for a while there, but take the radical Leftists out of the picture and he's as good as a lame duck president 3 years before his time is up.

The Leftists were radicalized by the same network of anti-Americans, working deep within DC..

* unfortunately he was at the same time too arrogant to do his own research on what made America great in the first place. A limited government, free markets and non-interventionist foreign policy has never been something Trump admires about the USA.

Look at him, now.... surrounded and cheered-on by the so-called 'never-Trumpers'.... what a sad indictment.

p.s. Actually... I think Trump was genuinly non-interventionist, but not strong enough to withstand the pressure from the Neocons and the Zionist lobby.

Nobody is 100% predictable.

During the 1st 6 months of 2025, the Neocons were shitting bricks. Their first task was to embroil the Trump admin in a Neocon act of deliberate aggression(leaked Signal msging), the next was to bully Musk out of seriously following through, on DOGE. Then came the Trumpstein files and the 12 day war, Charlie Kirk reportedly having played a role in holding Trump back from going full-on Iran regime-change operation.

Trump, and the anti-Neocons, had a lot going for us in the first quarter of '25. Now, they've gotten the better of him. Like they did in his first term.

World Empires always collapse, though. And the US empire is hyper-inflating.

Netanyahu just left DC prior to the capture of Maduro, with a note to Trump that Iran is next. Lindsay Graham is chomping at the bit to squeeze Cuba in before Iran.

I think it's because it can take a long time to reboot a civilization.

And this is the last beacon of limited govt, as compromised as it has become.

Once the 1st and 2nd amendment are gone, there is no-one else to lean on for legal and political precedent.

It took Rome 1000 years to recover to a productive population of 1 million people.

Watch how other world leaders begin to act once the US falls.

Not gonna be a walk in the park.

Russia will fall
China will fall
Europe fell a while back

Others will rise. India will rise faster if it took back Pakistan and Bangladesh but their time is coming again

South America is also due for a resurgence. Not sure where it will come from though. Maybe a ME rise if some bright spark can get rid of the religion of pieces. That's a tough ask though

With respect, you take the formula for a prosperous middle-class for granted if you think Might Makes Right is all this is about.

The US was different in getting its start, due partly to its geography i.e. being so far away from war-inclined Europe.

That is what enbled a middle-class to emerge throughout the world, with the real promise of it being sustainable. That and the limits imposed on Collective power over individuals.

Ofc, for it to be sustained, everyone needs to retain responsibility for their choices... primarily who you associate with.

That's where the West went astray. They were hoodwinked into thinking the State's agents were going to relieve them of this 'burden'.

Big mistake.

Do you think China, India or Russia are going to opt for strict limits on State power over individuals? Are they going to govern from the bottom-up? This would suggest that by the time the US has fallen, they would hold it up among themselves as a model to emulate.
