Woolies vs Al-BDS: Full Judgment PDF

The Woolies vs Al-BDS full court judgment is attached.


The jihadhi, Sharia loving BDS is trying to spin the issue as if Woolworths was ordered by the court to meet them.
It was 'by agreement' in return they were forced to adhere to not harass their customers. The court merely rubber stamped the agreement. There is no requirement for Woolworths to do anything at that meeting besides meet 'face-to-face'.

I think the moslems did do good to strike so long because I remember when the white people did strike woolworths because of the BEE so that did only lost a week
 
Made my self a salad, Isreali tomatoes and cucumbers. Does that mean I'm good because I killed isreali tomatoes and cucumbers?
Or is it only good when I strap bombs to it and blow it up?

If you strap bombs to tomatoes and cucumbers, you will be making a lot of tomato and cucumber ketchup. :eek:

"Woolworths respects the constitutional rights of protesters to express their views lawfully without infringing the right of others. We trust that BDS will respect the decision of the court," she said.

BDS regarded the court's decision as a "positive development".

"Woolworths arrogantly insisted for the last four months that they 'cannot see what a meeting would achieve'," BDS's Kwara Kekana said.

"This court order affirms BDS SA's stance and we looking forward to meeting with the management of Woolworths to make our case for why Woolworths should terminate its trade relations with Israel."

Who is funding BDS? They need to be investigated.

I would not be surprised if it is funded by Islamic petro-dollars (Saudi/Qatar etc).

I'm sure that they are in the rent-a-mob business and they have an office in Johannesburg; which needs cash. Also, their Facebook site is advertising free transport for the people to protest outside Woolworths' AGM tomorrow.

Free trains are available for those wanting to travel within the Cape Town area for Wednesday's protest at the Woolworth's AGM. Print out the NC4P/BDSSA flyer and carry it with you to a local Cape Town train station for a free train ride into town. The free train rides are only available during off-peak periods (i.e from 9h00 to 15h00).

Their agenda is to slowly turn SA into a state aligned with Islamic nations. Start with Woolworths and then move on to other companies. They probably won't be happy until we have Sharia law.

I think Woolworths waited too long to take them to court.

Considering that India officially supports Israel, these nutters should probably boycott India and march to Indian embassy, isn't it? I know lot of these guys visit India so no more going there, okay BDS'ites here? :)

I'm not asking that for political reasons, but purely for agricultural/economical reasons, surely there must be a local tomato industry that can deliver quality tomatoes that are cheaper than imported middle-eastern ones? Is Woolies trying to say quality tomatoes can't be local ?

It's the same thing with their Strawberries , they have some from Spain or some place, and costs double the local rates, and then their local stuff is conveniently out of stock. While i like that woolies have some interesting imported products, it doesn't help me if it becomes the only option and all i wanted was a normal tomato :(

Israeli cucumbers and Israeli tomatoes usually don't come from Israel.
It's similar to English cucumbers which don't come from England.
The name refers to the place where that type/size/strain/GM of vegetable (fruit) originated.

wouldn't it be interesting if its funded by a rival? would be awesome. they should publish a list of their donors. why just woolworths BDS?

That would indeed be interesting. But BDS does look like it is spending a lot of cash. I really doubt non-Muslims are that agitated to protest about Israeli products; unless it is a job.

Their funding needs to be exposed.

This is true. In fact one deal done between the countries this past month exceeds the total trade done by all retailers in SA for the past decade.

In October, India closed a $520 million deal to buy Israeli anti-tank missiles. And last week, a jointly developed aerial defense system passed a major trial, which India called a "milestone".
