Courtesy Car from Dealership

You don't pay extra for warranty on a TV, also if you get a computer from Dell you get their next day business warranty. But it's fine you can be that 'guy'.

Its not guaranteed that they will fix the laptop in the next business day, they will start replacing parts the next day but might have to come back 2 or 3 times to sort out the issue. Also if they don't have stock you have to wait.

I might be wrong but you don't pay extra for the warranty on cars, you only pay extra for service and maintenance plans.

Dell guarantee's this. If they don't have the part, they delay for a day but if they arrive they fix EVERYTHING you reported.

Link? I had issues with laptops before that took them more than a week to sort out.

Link to what? This is personal experience. They have replaced a screen, keyboard and trackpad in 1 day. On site. A day after I called.
A couple other members here on the forum have had the same experience.

Alfa gives me a courtesy car every time without question (even for the 1 day services), though i do drive one of there more premium cars.

You said Dell guarantee it? Generally they sort out the issue the next business day and I'm happy with their service but had some cases where the technician had to come back 2 or 3 times to sort out the issue.
