Call 011 585 0000 and DEMAND to speak to the Complaints, Retentions & F.S.E. Manager who is Albert Goosen.
Those people who signed contracts and were in coverage, and now suddenly aren't, you especially have legs to stand on.
You people must stop speaking to these damn tech support people, they are all bloody idiots.
