Hi,

I just got an HTC one V on a cell C contract from Nashua Mobile (Picked the phone up 30 minutes ago). I read a lot of reviews and lots of people said the phone does not feel slow, but to me it does.

With the CPA is it possible to take the phone back and ask that they upgrade my package and get a better phone.:cry:

I doubt that. If the phone is slow because of a manufacturing defect, then you can. And even then it will take a while to get the phone back when they test it. you might get away with a replacement immediately, but that will be for the same make/model.

Took the phone back. Told them its slow, to cancel my contract and got a better contract. :D Big ups top Nashua mobile for being so helpful.

Oh and technically with the CPA, if you buy ANYTHING, you have 7 days to take it back if it is not damaged... No matter what the reason

You have 7 days to back out of a CONTRACT from inception. Think it's more Credit Act than CPA.
