[cpt] Building air-ventilation servicing

CPT - southern suburbs. Block of flats, each unit has a ventilation system in the bathroom sucking air out. Think each floor has one fan that all these units are connected to. Any recommendations for companies to service / repair these systems?

Sorry, no idea. Our block has free window ventilation in all rooms. Will send DM.
