A fast dual core will be good enough.

by fast dual core which one are you thinking of? E8400? X2 550BE?

Well yea i would just the 4890 and test it before deciding man.

If your games run fine then awesome no need for a new cpu. it is not as if your game won't run on the 6000+ they will.

Thanks pplz for all the help! Think I will keep my cpu and get the 4890. Now which 4890 should I get? No need for overclocking, just want it to look cool and have a good bundle and reasonably priced with a good warranty
