Crap speeds on uncapped again!!!

when arethey going to effing get anything right, overpriced thru the roof prices and then even with all this new cheaper SEACON bandwidth, they cannot even provide what was paid for. IS for providing crap service and Axxess for not budging on your prices by not 1 cent!!!
when your customers start leaving dont suddenly send out a new prices list of supposed redemption, dont bother
Pathetic service by both!
R2200 a month and cant connect to 90% of websites

dude i have the same problem, don't even think of using the dell or hp website during the day, yesterday i downloaded the PS3 update, came down at 4kb, on a 1 meg line.

local speeds are fine, but the Vsat service is a shocker. and to think i pay 3k a month.
and they are shaping, during the day, don't stream anything , to wont work, you can open youtube, but the videos buffer like crazy,

That's sad, I think the uncapped solutions should be unshaped and behave like the normal accounts speed wise, everybody else can open websites during the day and stream, why if you pay 30 times more money than me can't you do the same.
