Crapy Speed on LTE

I signed up for your 60+60 on month to month two days ago and this is what I get and if this speed continue tomorrow then I'm gone again.
You are even worse than Hellkom.

Download: 1.8Mbps
Upload: 1.29Mbps

1. Contact Number
2. Address
3. Fibre Line
4. ID Number (This is if you are not familiar with the number associated to your fibre line).
