When was the expiry date?
The cream in natural milk will naturally separate. A good shaking will combine the cream back into the milk.
Virtually all milk is now Homogenised to combine the cream into the milk where it will not normally separate.
When I was at school our milk always had cream at the top of the bottle and one would shake the bottle to combine the cream.

It doesn't look good but the easiest way to know is to smell it. If it smells sour, then it's old.
It smells fine. I bought this milk for R6 so I was dubious from the start:erm:
