2. Put the Android device ON the ipad.
3. Enable "3G Hotspot" on the Android device.
4. Put your beer next to the Android device on the ipad.

I'm not aware of a limit for MyWi like the built in Personal Hotspot has (5 limit), but you should be fine connecting the devices you mentioned to it
