Hi
You want to connect multiple pc`s to WIFI connection connected to the 3G network connected via a 3G datacard in the netgear?

Disable the DHCP service on your router, give it a static IP address in the 192.168.0.2 - 192.168.0.254 range (write this on a label and stick it on the router), enable Internet Connection Sharing for your 3G dial-up connection on your Windows box (it will become 192.168.0.1 and enable DHCP), reboot your PS3 and you should be done.something like that - i want to use my 3g internet access on my pc to be shared with my ps3 via the netgear wireless router.

You'll need to log in to the router's web interface and disable it there. If you're not sure how to do that, check on Netgear's Support Site.how exactly do i disable the DHCP service on the router?
