Credit for last months problems

Hi all,

My understanding when phoned by Vodacom was that the credit will only be seen on my account for June 2006, not for May. This was also my experience with the R50 that we were credited last year when there was a problem with 3G, it takes 2 months. I have received my bill for May and the credit does not show. If in June the credit does not show, believe me I will have a few words with Vodacom, but in all fairness, I have not had problems with Vodacom were billing is concerned.

I received my bill for June and I see no credit for the 1-April to 19-April as promised by Vodacom. I guess I will have to give them a call to determine when I will be refunded. Anyone else received their refund as yet?

I normally get my account before the end of the month for PMT by debit at the end of the following month so by now I should what my debit will be for the end of June So far no account !!! Never reached my 500meg but in first month did exceed the pro-rata and paid the (small ) excess
 
I did hear a while ago that a bulk credit is being passed, but not exactly when. Will try and find out when it should appear.

Billing is normally very pedantic about getting it exactly right, thus a two month delay is not uncommon.....

I received my bill yesterday, I have now been credited for the problem experienced in April.
