Crematorium will heat local swimming pool

Very interesting to know, just who is going to swim in a crematorium right next door a swimming pool in any how. ..so very cozy and romantic don't ya think

Why?

The cremation process uses considerable energy, and if the excess heat can be productively used why not?

(You do realize they are not using bodies as fuel?)

If they opened a fertilizer company using the ashes, I would have felt that it is immoral. That would have used the bodies of the deceased. But using the excess heat of a very heat-intensive process, well, I really can't fault that. It would have been similar than if Spur decided to use the excess heat from their grills to heat a pool - the cooking process is not influenced at all, but you use your resources more efficiently. Spur wouldn't heat the pool with your steak.
