When malan does something comparable to markram's 183 in last season momentum cup final we can talk. Till then there is no real comparison.

Malan very good player but aiden has shown he can play the big moments.

Its still early days, But going on pure stats, Malan is quite significantly ahead. Even looking at first class, average of 54....
And Malan showed what he can do in the Mzanzi pro 20 League. He was one of the best (if not the best) batsman of the tournament.

Exclude the amateur stats... a Lot of malan's cricket was played at amateur level for north west and not franchise level.

Based ononly franchise level markram has the higher first class and 50 over stats. Janneman the better t20 player.
 
All 3 markrams momentum 100's have been 140 +.
Should be in the odi side...

Cobras fielding been dreadful.
 
Only after he got to 100 and started to take chances to accelerate. Before that he was faultless.

Amla failed again.
 
Really poor from the Cobras. Wouldn't be at all surprised to hear that it was complacency that was their downfall. When you have a team 31/5, it's easy to think it's all over bar the shouting. But really well played by Markram and Behardien.
