On the Bangladeshi channel, they were showed the top run scorers for 2018. VK is well ahead of the leading run scorers. The key difference is that he's done it in 11 innings and the rest on or about 20. His average is phenomenal.

Do not like him as a person. As a player, I have to say he is pure class.

But this kind of thing has always bugged me...

They're going all bonkers and it's an Andhra man that has taken a pressure catch. A low full toss outside off and Nurse tried to be cheeky by getting across and playing a paddle scoop; not to be. Surely playing straight down the ground (particularly as a lower order batsman) is always going to be a better bet? Either, you're going to smash it for four, or you're going to get one and get the form batsman back on strike.
 
Would have loved a Windies win, but a tie is probably the fairer result. But for Virat, the match might have belonged to WI.
