Pakistan won the toss on a flat pitch and it has been all Mohammad Hafeez after that. He's batted through the day for an unbeaten 178, pulling and cutting his way to 23 fours and three sixes. Shan Masood, Azhar Ali and Younis Khan fell to spin, but Misbah-ul-Haq survived a dropped catch to revive Pakistan from 160 for 3. Pakistan looking good for a big first-innings score once again.

Excellent total from Sri Lanka who might have expected more difficult conditions. But they got off to a rollocking start and even though they lost a cluster of wickets just as they were set to accelerate, Jeevan Mendis popped up to taken them over 300. England, the seamers in particular, were pretty rusty and they have big total to try and gun down shortly...

Zimbabwe are bowled out with 10.1 overs still left to play. Tells you all about their innings, and tells you how this tour has gone for them. It's Bangladesh's biggest win over Zimbabwe in terms of runs. For the second straight game, Sunny finishes with four wickets, including the last three.

Another exceptionally poor effort from Zim. HUGE pity.
 
Elton Chigumbura: "I still think it's a good wicket to bat, and chasing was a good decision, but unfortunately we keep doing the same thing. We thought the guys who would come in would bring a different performance but still the same performance. Disappointing to lose three games in a row. I thought the guys were up for it, but we still made the same mistakes. Two most important games to go for us. We've got to make sure we finish well."

Mashrafe Mortaza: "I'm very happy, all the boys are very happy today. Once again Tamim and Bijoy were fabulous, and later on, even though they were small innings, Shakib, Mushfiq, Riyad and Sabbir played brilliantly. 2014 we have kept losing but now the momentum is coming, hopefully we'll keep it up."

Anamul Haque is the man of the match: "Little bit disappointed, two matches in a row I missed the centuries, but winning the match was the positive. Tamim Iqbal is one of the best openers in the world, and he helps me all the time. In the first 15 overs it was not easy to bat, so we tried to keep wickets. Mushy and Shakib also played very good."

He survives a review and then this:

BAW Mendis to Morgan, OUT, Morgan forward just outside off pushing towards the covers and gets an inside edge onto his stumps. England lose another and are now in a bit of trouble. A gentle prod forward and Morgan has dragged this on

A cracking start to this series, Sri Lanka have won by 25 runs but were made to sweat firstly by Moeen Ali's scintillating hundred - his first in ODIs - and then by Ravi Bopara who fought bravely but was ultimately left with too much to do. Sri Lanka batted well themselves, led by Tillakaratne Dilshan's 88, in a strong total of 317 that's proved enough, but by a smaller margin than they might have expected.

Pleased for the SL win. If I was dishing the MoM award, it would have gone to Ali. And I feel he was robbed! He got Ali 119 off 87 and got a wicket (albeit 1/66 is expensive). But for Ali, the team would have lost by a lot more.
 
Rahat Ali to Williamson, OUT, and he's got him first ball! It's a regular sort of ball, length ball, angled across, and Williamson for some reason poked at it, away from his body, and the ball took his edge, high up on the bat, through to Younis, who takes a good catch tumbling to his left at slip

Kane falling short of what would have been a good double. I think it is the rate at which he has scored which has been most impressive.
