Crikey. So Ireland bottled it. I guess with a massive lead, Sri Lanka could afford to put fielders all around the bat and suffocate the Irish. I can't imagine that the pitch suddenly became unplayable after about 1200 runs scored in the first two innings.

Ireland thought they had this one in the bag and then 2 days of standing around knowing you actually won't win, is a motivation killer.
