nor is excessive appealing or not walking when u know you've nicked it or using your 12th man as a fielding sub for 35 overs of the match or not allowing the opposition a runner for a cramping batsman or excessive sledging... Cricket is anything but a gentlemanly sport...

If he was out of the box? C'mon do you really think if roles were reversed the opponents will display the same courtesy? Like, "it's Ok, You got hurt so do not worry, we will not take the wicket we will rather loose the match"? Will England or Australia or India be so nice in the final?
 
I don't know why they're bothering with trying to fill the fifth bowler. Just get Steyn and Morkel in for a few overs to wrap this up. If that doesn't work then worry about the fifth bowler.

more a case of getting time out in the middle for the 5th bowlers.

Good to see our middle order do well again, peterson and botha bowled great, just feel sorry for Steyn. Excellent display,despite the dropped catches .
