We are currently looking into get some sort of CRM for our company.
We are a SMB (small medium business) and are willing to pay alittle for the software. I have looked at insightly and it looks amazing.

Do you use any CRM? If so what?

You would use it for maintaining our database of clients. Tracking interactions with clients and adding tasks and leads amongst other things. We have our own server running server 2012 r2. It would be nice if it is accessible externally via a app on a mobile device.

Does sharepoint has a CRM module?

We recently moved over to salesforce for exactly this reason

I would only consider either Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online (https://www.microsoft.com/en-za/dynamics/CRM.aspx). Easy to get started, many integration options and you can sign up for a trial.

We use Microsoft Dynamics, after several failed attempts at other crm's that is where we landed up.
