I do agree with rorz0r - if you're going HTML5 rather use PWA (React, or other) over Ionic/Cordova. Alternatively consider Flutter, React-Native, Xamarin or Codename One for cross platform development. Or go Native - but you'll need a backend, iOS and Android dev.
