Cryptocurrency Mining

Bitmain had stock around 12pm -1pm today. Guess they all sold out again. Well unless she meant a different time zone. I received this email 10min ago

We are pleased to inform you that we have will release a new batch of the Antminer D3 miner at this link after 6:30 PM (Beijing time) on July 25, 2017.

The page has definitely changed since yesterday. Psu option is available and it shows the shipping date.

How are you guys doing payments to Bitmain. Please share info as stock seems to be arriving

I paid for those with BTC. I paid for the miners earlier with USD. Took 5 days to clear on the USD payment and the banks wanted all sorts of paperwork and info. Best to register as an importer. Much easier. I'll do that for the next. I transferred BTC from my Poloniex wallet to Bitmain. All in all done in under an hour.

Life of a noob is hard.. Lol.. Thanks. Registering as importer involves sars.. Lol.. Can make payment from Altcointrader or Luno direct?

So Bitmain is the manufacturer and seller. If they are not resellers how come they have no eta on next batch based on email above. I see a dutch reseller. Prices are not ridiculously inflated and they offer more secure method of payment. They might also secure more stock being a big buyer.

Their ETA on the next batch depends on the manufacturing process. It may be unpredictable based on QC. For all we know they might be a small org.

You will involve SARS unless you can have Scotty beam them down lol. They might be unhappy with you for not registering as an importer if you're going to do it more than once. Altcointrader or Luno should work fine.

I consider myself a noob too, no worries! Quick q - where does your nic come from? I'm familiar with the UAE based firm - property management, data, mobile (Damac).

Seeing you get your psu made my day. They have psu stock. Going to order two asap. Must transfer money to altcointrader. Buy bitcoin and pay. For L3plus they accepting litecoin payment. 40

I created this nickname on Psn network in Psp days more than 10 years ago. Since then I have seen it about.. Damac (pronunciation) for men.. Lol.. I have imported a bit. Just use another relatives name and duty when limits hit.. Lol..

I haven't. But am considering grabbing one once they become available. Probably send some btc, seems to be the easier route.

There is a thread on bitcoin talk and it seems a lot of people are watching that site like a hawk.

With the l3+, how much has profitability dropped since May?

Not sure but by far most profitable Antminer. 35 to 45 dollars a day. It costs around 1700 to 1800 dollars so one month ROI is why demand crazy.. See website still does not allow psu to be added to cart. Wanted to order two

Yeah, they come and go too - keep checking from the main site rather than re-using an old link - they tend to redo the page with a new ID when they are available. It's a seriously good / well made piece of hardware. Weighs over 5kg.

The D3 is quite a bit better currently.

It was available for a 20 minute window today. On the site they have a 'notify me' option - use it, I have and it worked for me.
