Well I need to stick around till the 17th at least before cancelling. So they have 2 weeks to figure this crap out.

Now if Vuma can come install some fibre then I can leave this mess of an ISP the hell behind.

Man i do not get why they force people to move if the network does not function properly and they have no eta

Also their support is ****ing bad. Support guys have no idea what they doing at all

It was fine at 5am this morning, but now back to terrible. Support, as always, has absolutely no clue what's going on. Took them 5 minutes to establish that "the guys" are working on it. No ETA. No update on their page.

This company is becoming a model in how not to run an ISP :/
 
Yep, international has gone to **** again. What's this, 4th day in a row now? Crystal Web, get your **** together.
 
I moved from WA to CrystalWeb this month because of the terrible latency issues WA/IS were experiencing.. and now this :|
 
It was fine at 5am this morning, but now back to terrible. Support, as always, has absolutely no clue what's going on. Took them 5 minutes to establish that "the guys" are working on it. No ETA. No update on their page.

This company is becoming a model in how not to run an ISP :/

I couldn't even get to talk to a support person, and their support voice mailbox is full ;( same as yesterday... that was going from 3, to 2, to 1st in line ;(
 
Talking to their support is pretty much useless at this point, though, as this is an issue with the their network and not with anyone's specific connection to Crystal Web. Only Crystal Web and their transit provider(s) can fix this issue. At best talking to their support can maybe put some pressure on management to get this fixed.
 
Never thought they would crumble this badly and become just another nofarksgiven company, especially with who's in charge
 
Why the lack of communication Crystalweb.
Don't you think your customers is important enough to talk to.
An update every hour will be much appreciated.
 
One of my biggest issues with them right now. You speak to support. They PROMISE to get back to you and they NEVER do, i dont think a single time that support has promised to return with information for me have they actually done so

Still in the dark with this whole no concurrent connections since their network "upgrade"

Actually sad to see this once wonderful ISP go to hell like this
 
The problem is that their support is very bad. They have no idea how to communicate with the customer and they clearly cannot do anything outside of asking you to run traces and restart your router everything else must be passed to their engineers.
They never get back to you and do not commit to anything. You have to follow up non stop just to get the answers.

It clear that they have do not care attitude at this point and are not whiling to go above to help with issues.
 
It is a maddening twist that currently on Telkom I have the best cellphone package and home internet (fibre) that I have ever had.

This is purely from a cost/value perspective and not including support which I'm certain is hideous but does that even matter if I never need it?
