Ok so I don't know if the international fix is fully in place yet but I have this to report so far:
Wildstar seems to be performing well at the moment. I am running around solo at the moment though, so this is subject to change once I do group content (where I have seen it suffer on CW before, but handled well on my free gig accounts).
In game latency meter shows as a steady 204ms but true latency as indicated by an addon (round trip latency, as opposed to server side) ranges from about 260ms to 340ms. Not ideal, but not terrible either. Before today, I would have on average about 500ms with extreme packet loss.
As with all other ISPs in the past, gaming latency for me is the true benchmark. I love the download speeds on CW as well, but latency is my number one priority and will determine my happiness factor

This is pretty much the one thing that OW got right (for the most part, as they dropped the ball heavily on GW2). Wildstar is more predictable with their IP ranges, unlike GW2 that has a massive range of IP addresses in use at any given time between maps.
