K... so just trying out my CW account again. FTP @ 5kbps and NNTP @ 60 kbps. MyBB loads fine, AMD.com taking forever... 105.x.x.x in Centurion.

I assume this is the general problem, and not me specifically... i.e. must i contact support?

Please contact support - preferably on live chat and indicate that you are on the 105 range so that it isn't assumed to be part of the 41 problem

Prelaunch and i assume they are training their support from the ground up...
Cut them some slack this is a beta level product from a brand new ISP,they are bound to have problems, lots of them.

Anyone in the IT field would know that it take a lots of work to build a network. Lots of trial,error and experience more often that not you fix something and it breaks something else then with time it starts running well once you've got the hang of it. I thought that was common sense. your free to leave if you want but just do it...don't sit here complaining "my internet is broken and i cba to go support chat".
The reason we are even here is to test out the network and report problems.

This country is a mess because people are lazy and expect free money. Why should anyone help you when you cba to do something that takes 5min.

Hi Guys

I signed up on the 31st of July, when signing up with Crystal web nothing was mentioned to me regarding them not being officially launched or still in beta stage. If they did then I would understand but my experience with them has not been great as they have absolutely no customer feedback regarding the issues.

I am willing to persist and wait for the Gold at the end of the rainbow, just giving my 2 cents as a new client that did not sign up for Beta testing.

How did you find out about them? signing up through a random email from a forum with no official website launched takes alot of guts i salute you :P

However...I had hoped people who traverse MyBB learnt their lesson with openWeb and do research on an ISP before they sign up...it's quite obvious i was wrong...some time i forget people never learn :/

If you signed up via website then lol......if i go buy a 20$ domain and make a website advertising 1gbps uncaped fibre @ R1k/month would you jsut give me your ID,phone number and sent me cash through EFT?

So you didn't notice that their website says "Coming Soon".. the fact that they require you to email them to register the account, etc etc....

The only real way you could have found out about Crystal Web (as far as I know) is on here, and its very clear on here that they haven't launched yet.

Nope I Contacted them via email on the 25th regarding what they have to offer. They replied with what they have to offer and I made a choice on that. Granted my fault for not asking if this product is in beta stage as their email to me had no such indication in it but surely that info should be freely forthcoming from Crystal Web.

Just a note guys, give them some slack. They haven't launched yet and the support and communication has been great
