@Tinuva Thank you for that reply! :) Now I just need someone with an account... I would go for the RB951G for just because reasons :p. Is it my imagination or does it not have a RJ11 connection? Or am I being silly?

thats why I looked at the list - I didn't think any entity with a strong presence in Africa or India on the list of Class As

Why would it have RJ11? It's not an ADSL modem.

Nah, I knew Afrinic had been dished 5 or 6 Class A blocks, plus a myriad of smaller B and possibly C blocks for regional use since they manage the address space in Africa... but I doubted (and I think I'm right) that no corporate entity in SA has an entire Class A block to themselves...

Challenge as in you're planning on acquiring an entire Class A block? :p

If there is a corporate entity with a Class A block (and MAYBE Telkom does have one but something tells me they don't).... I'll be happy to be proven wrong, and I will submit my CV to said company.

We are planning on taking over all of the Class A blocks and buying out the reserve bank ...

Ahh but I'd sort of expect Tata to possibly have a Class A through Tata Communications and there extensive global network though...

Sweet.. when can I submit my CV.. I want to lord the whole Class A thing over the rest of the world, and just deny requests for blocks randomly and then laugh maniacally at ppl...

also I believe some sort of repentance or something concerning Durban and Maritzburg is a condition from the MD but I don't quite understand what he is on about because they the same place
 
Doing some digging it seems that even the beast that is Tata Comms doesn't have a Class A.. they do have a few Class B's though.

Those first 2 requirements I can probably manage.. but you won't be allowed to visit when she's at home.... **EDIT** Though she supports that Scouser Football Team.. that could be a deal breaker...

Whatever repentance is forthcoming concerning Durban and Maritzburg is acceptable on condition that the MD partakes as well since he is just as guilty.

Your choice obviously, but modem > rb > wireless, all independent. I don't trust those wifi's in the rb's, they are a bi**h to get working properly. lol. But yeah try the 9 series RB, we will have to set that up from scratch as a 7 series rb's backup might mess things up a bit, will be interesting.
