Nope. Capped users won't have slower speeds, or shouldn't.

Seems I was right, international speeds are down the last few days. I was excited when I received the email saying that we were getting a prezzie, only to find out the prezzie was only for uncapped users. The capped users supplied the prezzies Oh well I suppose the capped users will just have to settle for free routers in lieu of the prezzie.
Actually I have been speaking to support the past 2 days and hopefully the problem will be resolved soon.

D3 was a lot better when I've checked as was about everything before each and every one started clearing their backlogs.

Only thing I recently grabbed was one steam game and have not double checked the above again.

Interesting approach on the 1 month unshaped.

Personally I think responsibly applied (i.e. to prioritize real-time traffic not screw over customers on usage) would be the best of both worlds but we'll see how it plays out.

edit...nntp is flying too at near line speed which is new (vs old account).

okay, I am as of this moment extremely happy with this account. I just got a my full 20mbps on nntp, I couldnt even get that on my afrihost capped account.
