Did you receive your new account details? The new login details moved me back to the 105.xxx range.

WOOPS! Just realised i put back in the old details instead of the new when switching accounts for testing. :p

Tel-fuken-scum at it again. 10210 calls gets dropped 3 times in a row after selecting support for port reset & exchange inquiry.

Got through eventually and they then transferred my call to 0800 123 123 (old DSL fault report number) after the port reset and got disconnected for dialing the wrong number.

Mother fluffers!!!!!!!!!

Just logged a fault on their bloody webpage. Let's see if I come right.

Eish.
That is so frustrating.

Is anyone else having difficulties playing videos? Usually I can stream 1080p from YouTube with ample room to spare, but today it's buffering at 480p and Twitch is nigh unusable - just wanted to check if anyone else is experiencing similar issues?

Thanks :)

Fking flying here like a boeing running on a nuclear core!

Local CS:GO pings are high, around 100 odd at times with an idle line when usual is <10

I don't need more, merely asking if 450 is excessive

Yes, that would be excessive in all likelihood.

Are we allowed to use both CW accounts given to us (old and new)? because the current one (new one) seems to have trouble streaming, watching YT at 240p when I could have watched it at 480p yesterday.

No, the new accounts are the only accounts to be used, thanks.

Looks like problems are starting to become more localised as opposed to generic which is awesome from a problem solving perspective

What is the acceptable amount on 20mbps?

Don't download that much, just the odd steam game. Mainly gaming and browsing. Just want to check.

Account has been brilliant since we got the new details :)

I would think that common sense is acceptable.

e.g. download things you are actually going to consume:

I could download every movie as it comes out in its 40 gig files, or I could download the one I actually am going to watch in reasonable 720/1080 p rip.
I could download my whole steam library or get the game I am actually going to play, finish it and then the next one.

See the patten?

Use it as you would normally not as you would for an army.

Doing my best, bit hard when one is going through a FLAC audio phase but not downloading the internet!
Last year I upgraded my sound system and also tried to get decent quality recordings. What really disappointed me was that a lot of the original recordings were not great quality (FLAC or not). I ripped my entire CD collection to FLAC and I discovered that a lot of the local CDs were not great quality. I downloaded some MP3s which were much better quality that my local FLACS (same tracks). I had always assumed that the files on a local CD were identical to the files on an imported CD of the same title.
