my https download speed don't exceed 50kbps today. so I'm being shaped according to CW. look more like throttling to me - 384kb line speed on a 4mb line.

I couldn't find anywhere that would supply me a Mikrotik router and let me pay with a CC.. and well for me thats important and I'll pay a possible premium for it if I have to. I am also willing to take the risk on the Customs and VAT.
