I contacted Crystal Web live support and they tested the line and said it`s a Telkom line error.... (I thought... sounds like another OpenWeb bull...t answer).

I called telkom... they tested the line and said "you definitely have a line error"

So... I am officially... stunned... lost for words... is this possible? There are actually honest people out there?
Why do you think we'll deal with their shyte even though they're both traitors.. they're honest and do right by their customers.

Oooooo what a pretty website....and a little window popped up and someone started chatting to me. I asked if he is hairy but all he kept asking what is my line speed so he can give me accurate information. How RUDE!

:p

Very nice site. Well done guys ;) Like the look and feel.

We're getting this a lot lately, and to be honest it's costing me on our cash flow and I'm going to be taking a hard-line approach to this soon.

We can't do 30 day payment terms for customers - all accounts are paid for the month in advance, as per the due dates on the invoices sent out.

Can you advise when the billing department is open for Live chat. My payment hasn't been picked up.

Am I the only one around here that think the capped 10Mb options are too expensive? I'm looking to move away from uncapped 4MB to capped 10Mb because I'm not using that much bandwidth on a monthly basis, but when I look at the pricing of the 10Mb capped products I crinch!

I didn't see any capped options in my email.

What 10Mb capped options?

Please PM me as I think there's some confusion here. Happy to explain.

Crystalweb have not released pricing on capped products. The email is above for uncapped.

Before people jump the gun. I'm not referring too the email that was sent out to CW customers by Shaun. I know they have not released official prices yet for capped products. I did however approach them via Webchat after the email was sent to discuss capped pricing for 10Mb lines and the pricing I received was too expensive in my opinion

Then why not discuss it with them directly rather than trying to do so here?

My understanding is for a capped account, the line speed should not be relevant. Just a point, whenever I discussed capped accounts with CW reps in the past, they always quoted bundle prices. Did they quote you just on the data?

Uncapped prices are great.

I was merely asking a question :)

Nope they didn't quote just on data, was bundles only

I've contacted Shaun directly and he made capped prices for 100GB, 200GB and 300GB way lower than any other ISP I've seen.

Yep, I'm speaking with DJ, will see what they can offer, the prices I received for the fusion capped was bit high :)

That fusion UNcapped is uncapped. Only the first 100GB is capped unshaped, after that you go to a bit more shaped, uncapped product.

Fusion UNcapped is UNcapped. Just that the first 100gb are unshaped. Once you hit 100gb, they will start introducing their shaping policies. That does not mean it's capped. You can still download beyond 100gb just that protocols will be prioritized at that point.

Ah okay didn't know that. But probably the guy you spoke to got confused. Can't see what's the use of a fusion capped product :S

Since Crystalweb has not publicly disclosed their capped offerings, we cannot make judgement on their prices.
