Everything is pretty snappy right now from our test lines in all locations. If you have some data send it to support and we'll have a look for you. As part of the upgrade process to our live support we've also included a standard method of reporting issues, which should be beneficial to everyone as well. It may seem like a bog-standard response now, but it's the process we'll follow when diagnosing a fault, so it should save some time and make things even more efficient.

Yes, using the CW DNS.

I was installing pfsense and every now and then I lost connection. It worked fine with other capped option as far as I could determine. Unless it was Telkom at the exchange. It got better from 16:00.

Pages died on me since this morning and then suddenly would come alive.

Like I said, I never looked into it so really can't say if it was ISP related or maybe Telkom.

I'm racing tomorrow morning (PS3). Hopefully that will go well, connection wise.
Will try for data, if it does not.
 
Again: Authorization for server1 (news.crystalweb.co.za) failed (Answer: 502 Authentication failure (timeout))
And: Could not read from TLS-Socket: Connection closed by remote host

Since 00:11AM. What's happening? Ya ya I know, MyBB not a support channel but I am heading off to sleep and live support has too :P

Same problem for me. The same happend last night. Will contact support tomorrow.

Performance is great, I really can't complain.

Performance reasonably good, problems with support - might just be teething problems or that they have higher priorities at the moment. Since Wednesday and after 5 emails I am still awaiting support.

My twitch stream is running awesomely.
 
The DSL quality is great but the billing department is a nightmare. It's the 11th and I still didn't get my correct invoice :(
 
My CW account just went totally dead, about 50 minutes ago.

Could connect, got an IP, got assigned DNS, but no traffic whatsoever.

Switched to prepaid account, no problems....Anyone else experiencing issues similarly?
 
Quick one. I'm getting ready to drop Openweb after several years of using them, slowly paying more for less service and slower speeds. I've had enough now.

Is CrystalWeb a possibility for me if I require the following?
- 200 to 300gb per month
- Downloads mostly via NNTP, but some torrents and HTTP.
- Occasionally a few games downloaded via Steam and PS4.
- Above downloads mostly take place after work hours, but if large enough carry on throughout the day.
- Netflix usage (again mostly after work hours)
- Diablo 3 on PC several times a week after 5pm

I haven't had any internet since the early hours of Saturday morning ...

Connected, but zero data :(
