We can be a little rough sometimes, but all we want is the truth, no "erm we are testing this, or we are that, or telkom this, I just peeled a Banana but that won' fix your internet"
Little disappointed that my international gaming latency seems to be all over the place (bounces between 180ish and 280ish). I'm assuming this has to do with the hardware issue? (My other ADSL accounts work fine).
I'm must say, for an ISP whose hand was forced, and they are trying their utmost to cater for everyone,
even before their launch date, with their repeated information about the international link, as well as their product packages that they are still to announce.
Calm the **** down!! They are trying to accommodate this unexpected influx, to cater for us!! Hats Off and respect them for what they are trying to accomplish!
Read the thread before screaming!
* We all know about the international issues!
* We all know about the P2P and NNTP treated as P2P.
* We all know that they are still trying to get their support structure established.
* We all know that they are getting their website established.
* We all know that they have not had sleep for the last 36 hours.
* We all know that they have not officially launched yet.
They relinquished and are trying to cater for us needy internet starved persons, not bandwidth hogs, as what other ISP's would classsify us as. They could have been hard-@ssed and said "wait for launch day", but they are trying to please all of us at the expense of their sleep.
Patience guys!!! Once they launch, then we can hit them with the "what if" scenarios.
