Local won't be that speed. If so there is something else wrong specific to your situation.

Yes, international has an issue, and should be resolved soon.

Holy **** dude, we get it. You're on what's essentially a ****ing beta product. You were made aware of the issues before you signed up, so stop bitching. Jesus.

I'm going to say this once: No need to get so aggro yourself.

I complained when I arrived at home, and he can also complain about it. If you don't want to read it stay out of the thread for a while or put us on ignore.

He has every right to complain...
This is a feedback thread after all
And while the issue for it is known, it still doesn't placate some people.

Ah the joys of being on holiday this week. Will be home as the floodgates open ;-)

The same people complain continuously about the same issues. Issues often discussed just a few pages previously. If you have problems, email support as that's the official support channel, no need to continuously go on about it on the forum.

Would like to ensure that all remains civil. This is a feedback thread, and admittedly some of the feedback is negative regarding the international link.

We appreciate the feedback, and if you are having issues please contact support if you're unsure whether you are affected or not by this.

Thank you. No one is playing the STFU police.

NNTP running at a whopping 40-50KB/s and deteriorating (Astra Web), Crystal Web's not connecting and xsusenet also running in the 40-50KB/s.

It will be handed over unless an agent pins it to themselves for whatever reason.

Okay cool, would be nice to know if the agent does decide to pin it. Last email has gone unanswered so I'm assuming the guy has gone off shift.

Who will ultimately close out the ticket, the agent or the customer?

You'll also find that even through the international issues, we've kept certain services working, like certain legitimate international streaming sites, for example. We are trying to give you the best connection, even with the international issue, which is now at the hands of customs to get delivered as soon as possible so that all other services can come online properly. At which point you will have a superb experience on the international link.

I hope you guys can understand, we are at the liberty of others to make this happen now, and we're trying to be as open and forthcoming as possible. Last month we also sacrificed a lot to ensure that we could migrate everyone to Internet Solutions as a temporary measure.

We hope that these efforts to keep you happy, connected, and having a great internet experience show our commitment to you, and that it's returned to Crystal Web in the form of your loyalty, which so far has been nothing but humbling to us.

Hi snail,

Your account is showing degraded speeds on all ISPs, which indicates some sort of line issue. This is something that is best suited for our technical support team to deal with than the forum as we can't run any tests or assist from within here right now.

As for nntp, there is a known issue which is currently being worked on at the moment and should be resolved in the next few hours.

Jees... only the 1'st of July and you guys are already fighting amongst each other like children.

Email support, sit tight and remain civilised... And also understand, the world doesn't revolve around you. ;)

N-Man out...

1080p Youtube is just fine.

Not posting this for any other reason than to say, howdy Crystal Web and good luck.

Will take a closer look at the account once this mysterious piece of equipment gets through customs and all those issues are sorted.

If it is the ticket I think it is then you were helped out by the least qualified of our support desk staff and the second least qualified took hold thereafter ;). If it is the matter I've got in mind then I've got the course of support I took was to be awaiting feedback from Telkom on migration before tackling the congestion issue and it is pinned to me.

btw I think it might not be a congestion issue at the exchange as it was one of the first to be upgraded for VDSL and it's friggen big exchange
