CW, I'm begging you, please, please, please ensure that you employ decent support staff, you cannot believe the crap I'm dealing with at another ISP right now because of pure stupidity and lack of understanding
 
Hi Peeps, quick question.

What has been your experience of the 10mb uncapped product for streaming services like Sky Go, Netflix, Hulu+ and XBMC (1channel, IceFilms) as this is my main source of TV entertainment and therefore I have a heavy reliance on a super smooth service? Typical monthly usage 200-250gb.

So far works damn well, Netflix in full HD works all day.
 
Hoping I get some feeedback on my Telkom issue today :D

10Mbs is good and all but damnnnnn 20Mbs is sweet.

Only problem i have is with Hulu+ on ps3(works fine on PC)
 
I was watching Ridiculousness on MTV last night and it was performing very randomly.
One moment it was at full HD the next it would buffer then drop to 240p then back up to HD, buffer, 240p, hd, buffer, etc.

Why is this?
 
I just wish they would answer their support mails. But given, I did send it on Sunday after 5pm, so can wait a bit longer. :)
 
Still having issues with eso and swtor with crystalweb. Lag and abilities that fail to launch. Impossible to do nim raids in swtor with this issue...No issue when switching to the backup mweb account.

Looks like you are in the same boat as me. If you don't play D3 you are screwed and in the minority. :p

Yellows and reds with the occasional green on the CW account. Permagreen on the WebAfrica free gig.
 
Hey CW

A quick question.
How long will we be able to use the secondary accounts for?

My CW account works fine (line speed) for my steam downloads - which is by Far the majority of my traffic the last 2 months. However I need to switch to the other account whenever I play any MMO (now Star Conflict, Star Trek Online, Warframe, was attempting Defiance...) as I'm hit fairly hard with high latency and packet losses.

I know you're fixing that, but I guess I'm more asking whether you still feel all is on track for the end of the month?

Hey, Hey, Hey, Hey that game is past AWESOME. :D I wish you guys would try it though. I can game on my mtn so it's cool for now. But hey it's like converting a Apple Iphone fan to Android, I will get you eventually. :D

Ahh ok, well got this from support.

I could be the routing issue that we have been experiencing lately, but everything should be fine later today. When you get the chance, please do a pathping and send us the results so we can try to replicate the problem on our end so that we can try to find a solution."

So things are looking good. Can say I tested my game yesterday via CW and it performed quite well. But yeah I had to do a BIG arkfall with my clan so just in case I connected on MTN.

I was looking at some gameplay videos and thought perhaps I should give Defiance a chance

Hell YEAH, I am slowly winning the battle. So glad, you will love it. PS, US server MUCH better than the EU one. :) I am also high up in the game already, so can help you advance real fast.
