NNTP download from 5 to 6:30 this morning averaged 180kb per second on 4 meg line.

Oh, and I forgot to pay this week, so transferred my fees this morning :blush:

I'm staying in the bundu's. seem to be a good thing. no congested exchange.

I don't play games so no problem.

can stream whatever I want anytime without any problem.

can download from international without any problem. actually downloaded way to much.

my average download speed for July had been nearly 360kbps on my 4mb line.

sometimes browsing can be slow regardless of local or international.

but I'm a happy Crystalwebber. a very happy one for that matter.

had the best month of ADSL ever since I got ADSL many moons ago.

thanks CW your doing a great job. if you can keep this up I can honestly say you'll the BEST isp in SA by miles...

3G uncapped 5GB after that throttled down to 512kbps (whistles) on the Vodacom Network? Cmon CW you can make it happen. :D

Contact support and let them know. Some (most?) of us are receiving the emails (there was a bulk reset a few days ago, IIRC), so I'm guessing there are a few subscribers not receiving them at the moment, and it needs to be sorted out on a case by case basis.

EDIT: Just checked. The gap in emails (at least for me) was the period 19-21 July. I think DJ acknowledged the issue here and sorted something out. This unofficial thread is just to big already to check whether my memory is up to scratch...

Test results since I am back on my CW account, still getting packet loss and high latency.
Also thanks for the temp IS account last month it worked perfectly once again :)
