Not sure if you guys know this, but the footer in the e-mail replys from support has a link that you can go to to view the entire support ticket on the website, but when i click it, it just redirects me to the http://support.crystalweb.co.za

Also I just replied to a support ticket from yesterday and it opened a completely new ticket, according to the case number in the footer? Kind of odd.
 
NZB'z flying at 200kb/s on 10MB account here :/ What is most important is to have access to line speed at a whim because we normally just download what we feel like watching at that time instead of downloading the internet. BUT I have patience. Looking forward to when this is all sorted.

Thanks for the heads up - part of the implementation process - should be fixed now
 
Anything like Hulu and Netflix with a month to month sub that has all the series? The wife want's me to go legal. :)

How about you monitor your network coz its performing k@k at the moment
 
so far loving CW :D streaming Youtube at 480p flawlessly...havent tried out gaming yet, hope it performs just as well :)
 
So far haven't seem much of an improvement despite the work done, guessing the ETA was pushed back further?
