Well, I have something stupid to report.
All those days I was happy, I was actually still logged on to the temp IS account. Even stranger is that I have been using it for the last 3 days! I noticed something was off when my usage emails from CW were coming through as 0 bytes.
So, being an honest person, I immediately switched back to what should be my regular CW account. What a disappointment. Diablo 3 = 500ms. Wildstar = 500ms. Don't even want to risk a LoL game. A small test run of torrents seems to be running fine. NNTP is running fine. Streaming seems fine as well.
Ran a quick tracert, exchange is fine. What I want to know is: Why was the IS account still active (and sorry for unknowingly using it) and secondly why is the latency still borked?
So I am back to square 1 unfortunately. Still have to switch to 1GB accounts so I can play games (I don't want to use the IS account without express permission).
Edit: Did a Live Support, line is fine. Get informed that a fix is being implemented "as we speak".
