I doubt you would have - put it together over the last 10 minutes: the idea has been milling around for a while - particularly the Church without the clerics in light of the monastic origins of utopian discourse generally, and there being something in that vain in the Summa Theologica of Aquinas

O and it is the "and the Law ..."

Does Crystal Web know anyone that I can contact in the Cape Town Telkom regional offices to escalate an exchange congestion problem to? The Call center has no clue. Most of their social media team seem to be blissfully unaware even though one of their team has acknowledged a problem (that was first reported in April!). Unfortunately the one guy who has a clue can't give us an ETA on when this is getting fixed.

I'm guessing I'm going to have to throw my toys out of the cot in order to get someone to fix this, but before then I'd like to see if I can get help in resolving this problem through alternative channels.
