Was having streaming issues on Netflix earlier. Kept buffering every 2 minutes. Had to switch to my WA account. Hoping this gets fixed or what ever issue there is get resolved, because last night it was flying!

TBH nothing on my end buffers, but yeah if it is Telkom related I get your grief about SA and going to the USA. TBH if the people working for government had at least grade 12 it would be a better country lol.
 
Some feedback on the tier 2 shaping:
  • NNTP is not blocked between 07:00-00:00
  • if NNTP is left downloading (slowly) during shaping time, web browsing suffers
  • the unshaped time is not exactly 00:00-07:00, it's more like 00:30-06:45
  • the shaped and unshaped schedule remains during the weekend
 
Been streaming entire day on Netflix and Amazon Prime. No problems at all
 
I can stream HD on Amazon Prime but mostly SD on Netflix

I was actually under the impression weekends would be sort of unshaped...
 
Unshaped after hours, weekends and such + unshaped fusion data would run CW bankrupt

To be quite honest both are quite similar. Amazon has some older HBO content. However the advantage of changing Netflix regions to get more content makes it a clear winner.

Ideal would be to have both. Still better than Hulu

Cool thanks. Yes I also actually prefer Netflix then, but Hulu is a plus on PC since it's free. :D
 
I still can't login to my CW account, since thursday.
I have tried everything but it will not authenticate.
 
Needed to update the firmware on my wife's phone last night.
What an absolute pleasure downloading the 1.7GB image from torrents at 1MB/sec...

I needed to download a torrent on saturday evening... what a pleasure downloading at 900kB/sec, while a friend downloading the same thing on another ISP could not get above 10kB/sec :D
