Don't use twitch at all, but I figured I will test it since CW asked for feedback. Only watched the stream that loaded when i opened the page, buffers on low quality as well.

just realise how spoiled i am

been 2 days playing tennis with WA support because their support is so slow to reply in the time it took for the first i already signed up with another provider :(

CW have any plans to expand into cloud solutions?

Stupid question, but where do I go to see the usage on my account? I don't see anything in the CW customer portal

It's in final development and will be rolled out over the course of this month, to coincide with our official launch.

I assume you're a CW customer then. Would you mind disclosing how long you've been with them and what issues you've had, if any?

I've been with them for 4/5 months now.
Streaming is generally always perfect.
I have had issues in the Eastern Cape but it is all exchange related.

I can't really complain unless I have issues.
But I can't really blame CW for those issues either.

That's encouraging to hear. I don't have exchange issues here in PE. I'll try CW out for a month then. I'm just worried about the shaping after 200GB, but if it's an issue I can always change back to AH.

Only large downloads are shaped thereafter. Browsing, gaming, streaming all continue to work, untouched.

Just be warned, I also didn't have exchange congestion but it has raised its ugly head in the last month or so.

Must say..I wasn't impressed with CW when I tried it out for the first time (2 days ago). Twitch streaming was (an still is) horrendous.
If you look past the twitch streaming issue, the CW account is pretty good. Youtube and Youtube live works amazingly. Same goes for Ustream, Netflix and general gaming.
Lets just hope twitch issues get sorted when they move over to the Amazon CDN nodes.
I think I will stick around with this ISP :)

That's such lovely feedback, thanks Ripstorm. In return, I assure you we really are going to work on the Twitch streaming side as well - it's not an empty promise. You'll find that the few guys who have reported Twitch streaming issues to us, I've remained in contact with and have been trying to get the most out of it. It's a very difficult service to get 100% but I'm confident that we'll get there soon. The problem is that it's not entirely widespread, in that some customers don't have an issue, and I personally can't replicate it on my end, although I only ever switch it on when diagnosing with a customer. We're admittedly not avid Twitch viewers, although last night I did switch on some online Poker tournament thing and it streamed with 2 buffers in an hour, and I wasn't completely put to sleep, so perhaps there is something to this service. Heck, Amazon think so, and I reckon it will improve service delivery of Twitch considerably once Amazon take over the underlying networking side for them.

As it is, Twitch are making changes on their side, and we're monitoring it, albeit without their assistance right now. We shall persevere though, for you guys.

Are there any general/known issues with Hulu on CW? I moved across to CW on 1 Oct and I have been very happy with the performance - browsing, streaming and downloads. However, the only streaming service which hasn't been optimal for me is Hulu Plus (via a Roku streaming stick). Netflix via the same device works well, but Hulu is plagued with regular buffering.
