Helpdesk told me all openserve fibre users are currently down from wednesday. Anyone out here having the same issue?

Good luck with that. Couldn't get hold of Openserve this weekend. Fiber still offline and i still don't exactly know what is wrong. Also still no communication from Crystalweb on the situation.Yes Offline - Same problem as with ADSL. They cant fix the problem.

They are basically going out of business. You need to cancel with them and then try your best to get your line moved into the holding pool. I will update here if I have any success but getting no feedback from Openserve or Telkom at this point.

Awesome news - am following up with new ISP.ok, so to give you all a heads up all our lines that are not active are sitting in the holding pool, I was able to get mine on to Afrihost this morning no confirmation from Crystal Web as to if the line was released. Took a chance called Afrihost went through to there fiber support told he the **** happening at Crystal and they checked to see if my line was in the holding pool and it was I was able to sign up and move over with in 2 hours

Got it the last time i moved from Axxess to Crystal web, try to contact the support on the chat featrue and ask for your fiber line number it should start with a BWhere do you get your B number from?
