Ok, so I was reading and i came across this article : link
now, it basically says the new engine will begin work in 2009 and, will be finished in 2012... it will be 3 or 4 times better looking then Crysis(my god)
Now, i was reading another article, and it claims the world will end in 2012, coincidence, I THINK NOT!!!
Now, what i believe will happen is that the new engine will demand so much computing power that a vortex will form, resulting in a massive rip in the universe and thus, you will see a black hole suddenly form straight out your pc.
Now this isn't such a worry, simply because that game in 2012 will cost like R3000, so no one will buy it, but this is where piracy will come in, and spread this black hole developing game to the masses.
It's not such a bad idea, I mean, you could still play games, such as:
black hole wars(this is a multiplayer game)
through the homeless into the black hole,
see what happens when 1 black hole consumes another one
through the emo in the hole,
and my favorite: Nation destroyer
But Nothing to worry about, the graphics and physics, and AI, and what ever else will be good will be more then enough to make up for the total annihilation on the earth
